Fabienne Bozet

Mrs Bozet was co-opted as Director on 24 February 2023 and her appointment was subsequently approved at the general meeting of shareholders on 6 April 2023. She is member of the Audit and Risk Committee. She is Board Director as well as member of the Audit and Risks Committee and Remuneration Committee in Herstal Group, a leader in Defense and Security and in Detaille aux Prés, a family business. She was until end of 2022 CEO and Board member delegated to daily management of Circuit Foil, a leading copper foil producer. She served as board member in IEE. She is a member of Women on Board and ILA. Mrs. Bozet holds a Master in Business Engineering from HEC Liège.
