Ricardo La Guardia

Ricardo La Guardia is Vice President of Latin America Sales. He leads revenue growth initiatives through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions, driving increased market share and customer engagement. Ricardo has more than 30 years of experience in international sales, product management, business development and operations. He was responsible for building the Latin America business for CommScope in the early 1990s. Then he moved to different areas of the business from sales to operations, global product management, global customer service and returned to sales in 2011.
