Ashesh Mishra
Senior Manager, Network Strategy SESAshesh Mishra is Sr. Manager for Network Strategy at SES, world’s leading provider of satellite communication services.
His recent work has focused on building solutions for enabling access to cloud and cloud-edge for organisations with remote or mobile sites. Since joining SES in 2017, he has also been a key contributor to SES’s technology strategy as part of the CTO Office where he paved the roadmap for SES’s evolution towards blending the simplicity of standardized telco-like network solutions and SES’s multi-orbit satellite constellation.
Prior to SES, Ashesh served as the Architect for Ciena’s Distributed NFVI product which was the first carrier grade NFVI solution specifically tailored for the network edge.
Originally from Indore, India, Ashesh lives in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Devi Ahilya University, a master’s degree in computer science from University of Southern California, and a master’s degree in business from Columbia Univeristy. He is married and has a daughter.
