SES Successfully Prices EUR 400 Million 8-Year Euro Bond

Luxembourg, 22 June 2020 – SES S.A. announced today the successful launch and pricing of a bond offering in which it has agreed to sell senior unsecured fixed rate notes due in 2028 for a total amount of EUR 400 million. The notes will bear a Coupon of 2.00% per annum and were priced at 99.445% of their nominal value.
