The Board of SES is proposing a dividend of EUR 0.40 for each A class share for 2019. This dividend, which is subject to approval at the company's AGM on 2 April 2020, will be paid to shareholders on 23 April 2020.

Dividend payments made to SES shareholders are subject to a Luxembourg withholding tax of 15%. In many instances, depending on the tax domicile of the shareholder, this tax credit can be used to offset other taxes that might be payable by the shareholder.
