SES and Royal Brunei Airlines (RB), the country’s flag carrier, have completed the installation of the RB SkyConnect inflight Wi-Fi solution across the airline's Airbus A320 fleet, marking a major milestone in RB's commitment to delivering a more connected travel experience.
RB SkyConnect is powered by SES's advanced multi-orbit network, which seamlessly combines connectivity from both geostationary (GEO) and low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Enabled by SES's electronically steered array (ESA) antenna technology, the system dynamically connects to the strongest available network, delivering stable, uninterrupted connectivity across RB's route network and served territories, including China and India.
With the completion of installations across the entire A320 fleet, the service is now available on all A320 aircraft in operation across the Asia-Pacific region.
