Sanctioned Countries Under Applicable Trade Control Laws

As set forth in the Clause 3(c). “Compliance; Permitted Use” of the MSA, SES provides services to its customers in compliance with Trade Control Laws. Among other requirements, Customer agrees that it shall not, without SES’s prior written consent, sell, resell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Service, or any portion thereof, to any individual or entity located in, or organized under, the laws of countries listed under as a Sanctioned Country.

The current list of countries/regions requiring prior written consent from SES are as follows: 

Status as of April 24, 2026: 

• Cuba 
• Iran 
• North Korea 
• Crimea 
• Donetsk 
• Luhansk and other non-governmental controlled regions of Ukraine. 

This list of countries is subject to change in order to comply with relevant Trade Control Laws.
