AMC-4's mission
AMC-4 is a Ku-band satellite which provides expansion capacity to address Latin America’s growth in DTH and broadband services, as well as to support ambitious government digital inclusion programmes. The satellite is well-suited to serve a range of applications such as rural telecoms, VSAT networks, e-learning, GSM backhaul and maritime, pay-TV and mobile broadband.
