With Diversity and Inclusion topping our priority list this year, we're taking organisational steps towards a more inclusive future for SES by giving all employees access to Unconscious Bias training.
Mandatory for all People Managers and an open invitation to everyone else, the Microsoft designed course teaches the impact of unconscious bias and the benefits of diversity and equality. We are convinced that the positive effects of collective knowledge, diverse viewpoints and constructive co-creation will help SES capitalise on our existing diversity to create a workforce that represents the people we serve and added value for the company.
