Chairman's Office
Composition
The Chairman of the Board of Directors is elected by the members of the Board. He is assisted by two or more Vice Chairmen. Currently, the Board of Directors has two Vice Chairmen, one each elected by the Board of Directors on the basis of proposals submitted by shareholders of Class-A and Class-B.

Mission
The Chairman’s Office prepares the agenda for the meetings of the Board of Directors.
Each Vice Chairman coordinates the preparation of the Board meetings with the Directors of his share class.
