The new SES at CABSAT 2012

With the SES global satellite fleet expanding to deliver new capacity to emerging markets, SES is eagerly gearing up for the Middle East’s largest digital media and satellite exposition, CABSAT 2012. From February 28th to March 1st at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, SES will showcase the many customer benefits of the new global SES, as well as our growing capacity for the Middle East and beyond.

This much-anticipated event will mark our company’s first time in the Middle East under the new SES brand. Our local support team will be there to meet with regional customers and to present how the new SES and our growing global fleet of 49 satellites will help our customers in the Middle East boost their opportunities and grow their businesses.

With the majority of our incremental capacity committed to emerging markets, and upcoming satellites SES-4, SES-5 and ASTRA 2E due for launch in the MENA region from 2012 to 2014, SES is well-positioned to help customers based in the Middle East engage with new customers and expand their network reach.

SES will also participate in the GVF Satellite MENA Summit during CABSAT 2012. Stewart Sanders, Senior Vice President of Customer Services Delivery for SES and Hussein Oteifa, Senior Regional Director of the Middle East are to participate at the summit, bringing a wealth of knowledge from that will enable our customers to achieve their ambitions. SES will be among other leading satellite operators, as well as users, manufacturers and other subject experts in interactive dialogue during this 2-day event, from the 29th of February to March 1st.
