Getting ready to unveil the new SES to the public

The "new SES" is ready to make it official with a big splash in Amsterdam.

The 2011 IBC Conference opens tomorrow and after months of preparation SES is sure to make a big impression. We will be bringing you both print and television coverage of IBC over the course of this important global tradeshow – beginning with a TV preview report tomorrow.

We will also join dozens of reporters expected to cover the SES press event early Thursday evening in Amsterdam, where President and CEO Romain Bausch will make it official and introduce the "new SES" to the world.

The exciting SES milestone kicks off a series of important company activities over the next five days. SES’ new, cutting-edge IBC stand is being set up as we speak and will be unveiled Friday morning when the exhibition floor first opens. Featuring an innovative 3D design, the new SES brand and breakthrough technology showcases, it promises to be a real IBC standout. We will take you for a stand tour on Friday.

SES’ highly anticipated seminar series, a mini conference within the IBC show, is bound to attract big audiences too. Nearly a dozen sessions will offer the latest insight on everything from the future of 3D and hybrid TV to what’s driving media demand in emerging markets. We’ll be sure you catch the highlights.

SES customers will gather at a center city restaurant Friday night to celebrate the new SES. They will get a taste of things to come from one global SES straight from SES executives and so will you.

SES is truly making a huge splash in Amsterdam. SES’ new brand and ad campaign will be seen just about everywhere in and around the convention center as nearly 50,000 IBC attendees converge on Amsterdam.
